These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the merahtoto platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering and using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use merahtoto. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending identity verification review.
Each user is permitted to hold one merahtoto account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — will be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum cash-out limits. Wagering rollover must be completed before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Refer to Section 10 for full bonus rules.
Merahtoto operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in MYR via supported payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and all major Malaysian banks.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Merahtoto will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account details. Enable two-factor authentication immediately after registration.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, chargebacks, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, with potential reporting to relevant authorities.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Merahtoto ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the merahtoto platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") accessible at https://merahtoto.cam and any successor domains.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms are written in English and this English version constitutes the governing legal document. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary, the English text prevails.
Important Notice: Merahtoto operates as an online entertainment platform. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location.

To register and maintain an account on the merahtoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: Merahtoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Access to withdrawals will be withheld until satisfactory age verification is completed. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned to the originating payment method after fraud checks are completed.
To open a merahtoto Account, you must complete the registration process by providing all required information accurately. The following conditions apply to your Account:
You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your date of birth, and a valid Malaysian mobile number during registration. You agree to keep this information current and to notify merahtoto promptly of any changes, particularly to your contact details or payment methods.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Merahtoto recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately following registration. You agree to notify us immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account. Merahtoto will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Merahtoto is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals above RM500 or at any point where identity verification is triggered by compliance protocols. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership may be requested. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal holds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wager has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Merahtoto reserves the right to levy a monthly inactivity administration fee of RM10 on dormant accounts, provided the Account Balance does not fall below RM0. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conditions govern your general use of merahtoto:
The Platform is provided for your individual personal entertainment. You may not use your Account on behalf of any third party, and you may not allow any other person to use your Account to place wagers or access the Platform.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or connected systems. You may not use automated tools, scripts, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way that is not expressly authorised. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
You agree to interact with merahtoto staff and other users with courtesy and respect. Harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory conduct directed at customer support representatives or in any public-facing Platform feature will result in Account suspension. Merahtoto reserves the right to record support interactions for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
Merahtoto endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability, however we do not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party outages (including payment providers such as DuitNow, FPX, or Touch 'n Go eWallet infrastructure), or technical failures may cause temporary interruptions. Merahtoto will not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of such interruptions where they are outside our reasonable control.
Merahtoto accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment channels, which currently include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via all participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum single deposit is RM30. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set by both the Platform and the applicable payment provider.
All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a withdrawal hold pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 24 hours of submission. DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take up to 5 business days depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Merahtoto does not charge withdrawal fees, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of payment method, and source of funds declarations where the withdrawal amount is significant.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a merahtoto deposit without first contacting customer support is considered fraudulent conduct and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action. If you have a genuine dispute regarding a transaction, contact support at [email protected] before escalating to your payment provider.
Note: Merahtoto does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All transactions are denominated in MYR only. This policy may be updated, and any changes will be communicated via the Platform and these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, merahtoto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, merahtoto's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Merahtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for non-fraudulent reasons, any remaining verified real-money Balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the User's last verified payment method within 14 business days. Balances in Accounts closed for reasons of fraud, bonus abuse, or material breach of these Terms may be forfeited entirely.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
Merahtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") indicates the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon written request to [email protected].
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, preserving the original commercial intent of the parties.
